Aviation Medicine

Dr Kelly Bofkin is our Designated Aviation Medical Examiner at East Sydney Doctors. She obtained the Australian Certificate of Civil Aviation Medicine (ACCAM) through Monash University in 2016, for which she was joint Dux of the course and received the Westerman Prize in Aviation Medicine.

As a DAME, Kelly offers initial and renewal Aviation Medicals to Pilots and Air Traffic Controllers (Classes 1, 2 and 3), fitness to fly certification and assessment for the Recreational Aviation Medical Practitioner’s Certificate. Standard initial and renewal appointments for Class 1-3 medicals are 1 hour long.
