Heather Farlow

Heather has been involved in the healthcare industry for the past 15 years, working in General Practice at Management level.

Heather thoroughly enjoys the diversity of her role and daily interaction with all staff and patients. Practice Management is a role she is extremely passionate about and she thoroughly enjoys assisting the practice with its future growth. Heather firmly believes in continued professional development in her role as the Practice Manager to ensure continued success of the practice.

Heather is a certified Practice Manager and has successfully completed a Diploma in Professional Practice Leadership (UNEP), a Diploma of Counselling and a Certificate IV in Frontline Management. Heather is an accreditation surveyor with GPA Accreditation plus.

In 2016, it was an honour for Heather to successfully be awarded the NSW/ACT Practice Manager of the Year from the Australian Association of Practice Management Ltd. Heather is a Certified Practice Manager and Fellow of AAPM and is a member of the NSW/ACT AAPM Committee and is a firm believer in networking with her peers. Heather facilitates the Sydney Practice Managers Networking Group events regularly throughout the year, including hosting regular networking breakfast groups throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.
